Shipping & Return Policy

Processing & Shipping:

​Subscriptions are created each quarter. Quarterly subscriptions are charged for that current quarter and will auto-renew. Yearly subscriptions are charged in full for the year and will auto-renew. Customers have the ability to pause or cancel their subscription anytime on the website or by emailing at contact@myabodebox.com

All items are shipped USPS or UPS from Northern California. Once shipped, a notification that includes a tracking number will be sent via email. 

Lost / Damaged by USPS:

​Abode box is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If a package has been lost in transit, please contact the local post office to file a claim. If a package is received damaged, please email at contact@myabodebox.com for a resolution. 

Returned / Unclaimed Mail:

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, abode box is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, abode box will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to abode box, notification will be sent via email for the correct address and confirmation of the shipping and handling charges before the package is resent. 

All abode box sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your pieces, please contact via email at contact@myabodebox.com for a resolution.
